- Preparing rooms, supplies, and patient materials in advance of exams.
- Cleaning the rooms, organizing and restocking procedure rooms after the procedure, and tracking supply levels, and reporting inventory needs.
- Completing and checking documentation in the Radiology Information System (RIS).
- Supporting the clinical and administrative teams in delivering a smooth patient experience.
- Following all policies, procedures, and privacy protocols to maintain a safe and professional environment.
What We’re Looking For:

- Completion of a Medical Office Assistant (MOA) program or equivalent experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, Netcare, EMRs, and Microsoft Office applications is an asset.

This role is a great fit for individuals pursuing a long-term career in healthcare or looking to gain Canadian clinic experience in a supportive, structured environment.
